A Yoshi-like story: Part 9Monday. I usually hate Mondays, because evrything goes wrong on Mondays. As soon as I wake up, the roof that I built, collapsed on itself. Thank goodness I was stretching and had my hands up. It was quite cold and misty that morning. I ran indoors, but it was too late. I got a cold. I grabbed a box of tissues, a blanket and went to the indoors bed to sleep. I slept for an hour, I got better and the weather improved. I went outside for a breath of fresh air. I still had a runny nose, so I took the tissue box with me. I went to my nest, although something felt missing. It was my eggs. I froze in place. I turned around, and I saw carrying them. I sprinted forward, parkoured on the fence, and made a gigantic jump on him. I was so mad that I waned to beat him up, but I'm not that violent.
I still gave him a punishment, though. I hung his shirt and him on a very high place. He was screaming for help, while I was walking away with the eggs. I prenended to go to sleep. When they got him down,
A Yoshi-like story: Part 8It's Friday, yay! I got excited, because my friends can visit me over the weekend. I got a tad bit bored, though. I look in to the distance from the playground. And then I noticed something there. It was a forest. I really wanted to go there, I wanted to, SO bad! I told my friend where I was going, just in case. It took 5 minutes to get there. On the left side, it looked abandoned and dried out. On the right side, it was a beautifull, lush green forest. I entered the forest, and it was amazing! there weren't any animals there, but there was alot of trees with a variety of fruit. They looked so delicious and tempting to just snatch it from the tree. I couldn't resist the urge to do it. I plucked one from each tree. I aimed and shot out my tounge to grab it. Then I pulled back, and stuffed it in to my mouth. It tasted so good!
There were apples, plums, oranges, peaches and everything my heart desired. I liked this place, and wanted to stay. but I thought of my family and friends. Then, a
A Yoshi-like story: Part 7It's thursday noon. I was enjoying myself, as ususal, playing games. But I noticed that the weather is getting pretty bad. I didn't care about it, until it started to rain. I picked up my eggs and ran indoors. For once, I'll have to spend my day inside. I went to my room, I wasn't here for a really long time now. I layed down the eggs in a soft place, wrapped them up, and went back outside to get the rest of my stuff. Later, I was looking outside the window how it rained. It got pretty dark. I spent the day on thecomputer, talking to others and what happened to me, and played with small toys.
At night, I heard lightning strike. Then all of a sudden, all the lights shut off. The power went out! I was in a completely dark room, all scared. I yelled for help, but no response. I began to cry, because I was really scared of the dark. After some time, I maned up,and tried to find light. Luckily, I used my laptop for light, since it wasnt connected to the electricity. With it, I found a flash
A Yoshi-like story: Part 6On a fine Wenesday morning, my best friend took a day off, so he could play with me. When I opened my eyes from the slumber, i saw my friend directly in front of me. He was cheerfull, and asked me if I had time to play. I jumped out of my bed, and started to run around. We played tag, hide and seek, played with cards and all sorts of things. Wewere at this for several hours. He got tired, but I was still full of energy and joy. He had astrange look on his face, wanting something. I didn't hesitate. I picked him up, and over my head to the back. I rarely let people ride me., because I don't really feel comfy from it. He was so happy! We ran across the playground several times, even I liked it a bit. He spent the entire morning with me, but it was time to go. I went back to my nest, and he went back home. I stayed there, and played with myself and occasionally talked aswell, I did that even before I was a Yoshi.
In the afternoon, I took my special blanket from the house, and wrapped myse
A Yoshi-like story: Part 5After school, my class visited me at home. They went around the back, and found me in my bed, resting. Everyone said I looked really adorable, which made me smile. But there was a slight problem. Not ALL of my schoolmates knew about this. Days went back to normal, but the others got suspicious on where I was, because most of them visited me every day. Once, one of them followed the others to my place. Once they saw me, he ran to tell the others that I was a Yoshi. He was a good runner, so noone could catch him. I had no choice. I opened my mouth and shot out my long, stretchy tounge to catch him. I slowly pulled him back to the others. They told him to tell the others, but not alarm them, and keep me a secret. He promised, and did as told. I think it was a good idea to do so. But come to think, what did I do with the rest of those grapes? I dug a hole under my "nest", and put them there in a safety bag, just in case anything happens.
A Yoshi-like story: Part 4On Monday, I was afraid to go to school, so I went after class started. I looked through the window, and saw that of of my schoolmates was there. I said the only word that I could speak. He looked over and got scared, but he got better overtime, as I was entering through the front gate. I eventually revealed who I was. He looked at me again, over my new form. Some time past by, and I got hungry, so I asked my friend to go the kitchen to get some fruit. He came back with a full basket of apples, which filled me with joy. I ate one by one with a single gulp. I got so happy, that I let him ride me! We went outside, and try to jump on the schools roof. At the top, I was preparing for a big jump down, but was stopped for some reason. I remembered, and looked over my bandaged foot. My friend got worried aswell. Both of us made it down, I jumped with a flutter, and he went down the fire stairs. While we were walking back to the hallway, I felt someone saw me.
Back inside, the bell ringed. I g
A Yoshi-like story: Part 3My parents and friends were telling me that I sohuld go to other places, not just always stay in my playground. At first I was really afraid of what may happen, and what people will think of me. But I evenually went outside, but I didn't go alone, I was still a bit shy to go out, so I asked my friend if he will come along. Besides, my friends at school were wondering where did I go. We went for a long walk down the street, and people were looking at me shoked and confused. Some were even taking pictures! and these were spreading fast, REALLY fast. I felt SO embarrassed. Luckily, noone really knew who I actually was, or where I lived.
But one day, while I was trying to walk alone, I felt that someone was following me. I quickly looked around and there were some adult men in tuxes slowly following me. I started to run fast, faster before I even changed into a Yoshi. But they went into a sprint aswell. I ran to a building, and climbed the ladder to the top. They were yelling at me to stop
Blood BrothersBrookie always holds my hand when we cross the street. She's never given a reason for it, she just does it. It's become this unspoken rule with us that whenever we cross the street together, she slips her hand in mine and I lace my fingers through hers and we walk hand-in-hand until we reach the other side and she drops her hand and we both wipe our palms on our jeans. Brookie's a little scared of crossing the street. Her poppa died in a car crash when we were six. He was a pedestrian. She's never gotten over it.
Brookie is my best friend going on sixteen years now, which is pretty impressive considering we're both sixteen. We don't have some cute little story about how we were born in the same hospital on the same day or about how our mothers were best friends long before they were pregnant with us and somehow passed on that bond while we were still in utero. No, Brookie and I met the same way ever
